Join the Facebook group and introduce yourself to the team with a short 1 minute video of who you are and what you want to achieve. If you don’t feel comfortable, post a selfie with a short description
Download MyFitnessPal and set up your account.
Record a 3-day food diary along with a list of foods you to eat. Break these into different categories i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Take before photographs and upload to your TrueCoach profile. TrueCoach is my coaching software I use to upload your workouts with demonstration videos and upload your progress pictures to ensure we are on the right track.
You will be required to complete the set up to your own account via a link prvided to you via email. If you haven’t recieved your details yet, don’t worry, you will have them within the next 24hrs. Be sure to check your junk too.
In the meantime you can download the TrueCoach app on the iPhone from the app store HERE. Or if you have android you can save to the homescreen. (unfortunately there’s no app on the play store yet).
Complete your Action plan form
Once your Action Plan form has been filled out accordingly below, I will review your goals and set a plan of action for you to implement within the next 48-72hrs of the form completion. I will aslo upload your goals to your personal profile on TrueCoach within the next 48-72hrs.
You will receive a welcome email very soon along with have access to TrueCoach and your very own Membership Portal within no more than 24hrs.
