A. My focus is solely on small group coaching because it is a great way to be in a group with like-minded individuals that will help support, challenge and encourage you along with your journey.
A. Yes. Each individual will be on their very own tailored made coaching program to help get the best possible results. There is no one for all plans here!
A. You don’t need to worry. Though these workouts will require some effort and work, each session is designed to your own levels of strengths and fitness. It’s not about seeing how far we can push you. It’s about making small progress each session that will lead to big results.

A. It will be 2 coaching sessions a week over the course of the program.
No. I understand not everyone can do the same days and times each week. You choose the days and times that are best suited to you that are available.
A. No. Each program is designed solely for each individual.
A. There will be a maximum of 4 per group. Each person is on the same journey as you and is here to feel better about themselves, improve how they look and feel and be empowered to live a fitter, healthier, stronger and more confident life.
