Step 3

Download The TeamUp App From The App/Play Store Below

App Store OR Play Store

This app allows you to book in your coaching sessions for the week and or month ahead.

Once you have downloaded the app, all you need to do is sign in via the account you signed up with and book in your days. Please do this before the start of every week (Sunday) to avoid disappointment in booking in your desired days.

Step 4

Check your emails (and junk) and set up your coaching software app (Trainerize) and your personal profile for the JB Members Lab.

You will have received an email when you signed up to the program to complete the account set up process.

Trainerize is where we will be communicating personally 1-1, uploading your personalized coaching program, and uploading your before, during, and after photographs. Don’t worry this is your personal profile and only you and I can see message, programs, and photos, etc.

The JB Members Lab has everything you need to know about the program (in the welcome section) and the education you need going forward. There’s also social community group built in so this is where you will have the community aspect to coaching and can post into the group for any questions you may have.

Step 5

Save the Members Lab link below to the home-screen of your phone after you sign into your profile (please tick the remember me box so it keeps you signed in).

Go to JB Members Lab

All you need to do when you sign into the lab is (for iPhone) click the square with the arrow pointing up or (for android) click the 3 dots (…), then press the add to home-screen button.

Once you have done that, head over to the social community group tab (on the lab hand side) and read the pinned post in the group and introduce yourself to the team with a quick selfie of who you are and what you want to achieve, etc.

All of the general house keeping rules are in the social community group and everything you need to know about the program is in the welcome section when you first join.
