The Action Plan is really the kick-off. We build a customized plan for you so you know exactly what to do going forward to achieve your goals.

Here’s what I’d like to cover when setting up your action plan going forward:

I like to find out a little bit more about you, who you are, what you do, what your journey is so far, what you have done in the past, and if it has worked for you, etc.

This allows me to find out a little more about you and your busy schedule which then allows me to create the best possible plan for your busy lifestyle.

12-month goal:
I want to know what your 3, 6 and 12-month goals are is I can help break down these goals into smaller goals or milestones that will be a lot more doable and easier to achieve. This will allow you to tick these off as you go. Along with this, I want to provide you with the right action steps and tools you need to implement that will help get you those goals.

Biggest obstacles you currently face:
I want to know your biggest challenges/barriers/struggles you currently face so I can provide you with the best possible tools you need that will help you overcome these challenges and push you towards your fitness goals that will leave you feeling more confident than ever before!

Doing all this will allow me to put a step by step plan that will help get you the best possible results quicker than ever before.

As soon as you complete and submit your Action Plan, I will review and create the best possible plan that is in alignment with your goals. As soon as I have this plan of action completed for you I send you action steps and the tools you need to complete to achieve these goals.

Every 30 days I will be reviewing your goals and progress to make sure we are on track with your goals. And yes I say we because we are in this together as a team.


Once you have submitted your Action Plan Form you will be redirected to book in your onboarding call where we will discuss what’s the best plan for you going forward to ensure you get the best possible results.
