Once you’ve signed up, we’ll get you booked in for your first session and look forward to welcoming you to what we believe is the friendliest gym in Dublin. We’ll set your account up in our mobile booking system and set you up to our private community support group, as well as our online resources. That’s totally up to you. The trial period gives you the opportunity to take us (me as your coach, the programme and the facility itself) for a test drive and allows you to make an informed decision as to which of our memberships (if any) suit you best, based on a number of factors; including: your needs, wants, training prefences, goals, schedule, and budget. Our memberships range from €119-249 and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re doing what’s best for you and your goals. If you’re happy going it alone after the 30 days, that’s no problem either.

We have sessions running from 9:30-10:30am Monday to Friday, 5-8pm Tuesday to Thursday, 5-7pm Friday, and 8:30-9:30am Saturday.

All of our sessions are accessible via a super-user-friendly mobile booking app so there’s no need to worry about going back and forth over text or email to book your sessions.

You simply book the times and days available that best suit you.

Just let us know and we’ll give you your money back. It’s not happened yet, but we really don’t want anyone feeling like they have to come to our gym. We want everyone to want to be there.

No, in our Personal Training sessions you’ll be training with between 1 and 5 other people. This allows us to offer a flexible and affordable Personal Training service that delivers a unique blend between individual attention and coaching, as well as camaraderie and support whilst working with likeminded people.

No, we can get your started whenever is most convenient for you; assuming we have the availability.

We’ll get you booked in for your first session, set up an account for you in our booking system and send you links to our private Facebook group and our online resources.

During your 30 Day Trial period, we’ll be in touch on a regular basis (usually via the phone but we’ll email if we can’t reach you) to ask how you’re getting on and if there’s anything more we can do for you.

Your time with us is all about you and we’ll do everything in our power to ensure that you’re enjoying it and that we’re meeting your needs.

I’VE NEVER BEEN TO THE GYM BEFORE, DOES THAT MATTER?

Not at all. Many of those who start with us are totally new to the gym environment, but ability/skill level really doesn’t matter.

I’VE NOT DONE ANY EXERCISE IN YEARS, DOES THAT MATTER?

Nope. We’ll meet you where you are just now and will help build you up gradually.

I’D CLASS MYSELF AS PRETTY FIT AND TRAIN ALL OF THE TIME, WILL THIS BE TOO EASY?
